Measuring your relationships with your communities and neighbors
1.
Agree upon
solid measurable goals that are tied to the bottom line
This means
you must make a list of goals that are achievable. If the goals set are not
reachable they are then worthless to the company.
2.
Define your
publics
You must know
who all effects your business. Who you need to reach to build your business and
maintain success.
3.
Who or what
are your benchmarks
This is where
you compare yourself to others within the industry. How big of a player do you want
to be? What do you have to do to reach these goals.
